The Dandelion (cas)SET(te) was only ever issued in an edition of one and that shortly before the band dispersed in 2017. Apart from a single radio broadcast on Sine FM the material has never reached the public ear.
Not surprisingly, it’s the Dandelion Set at our most experimental. It’s a jaberwocky archive of edits, early versions, out-takes, re-inventions, mistakes, intros, and found sounds as well as a few time-capsule tracks from some of our former bands.
Here you have the download version of this savage de- and re- construction of our body of work finally released and, it must be said, this is for serious FREAKS ONLY.
The two sides of the tape, called SIDE A and SIDE ONE were originally designed to run as two continuous 30 minute sound collages. Here we have re-edited them into 33 dedicated tracks but
you can also download the long ‘concept album’ versions too.
